سیاحت کو فروغ دینے کیلیے وادی کیلاش کا متبادل راستہ غوچارکوہ سڑک دوبارہ تعمیر کیا جایے۔گل حماد فاروقی

چترال: سیاحت کو فروغ دینے کیلیے غوچارکوہ سڑک کی دوبارہ تعمیر وقت کا اہم تقاضا ہے۔ وادی کیلاش اور شیخانندہ چونکہ جنگلات علاقہ ہے جہاں محکمہ جنگلات والوں نے ساٹ سال پہلے دیار کی قیمتی لکڑی لانے کیلیے غوچارکوہ سڑک بنایا تھا جو پہاڑ کے دامن میں کش کان ٹیک گاوں سے گزرتا ہے ۔ اس راستے میں گھنے جنگلات،کھلے میدان اور نہایت خوبصورت سیاحتی مقامات بھی موجود ہیں۔ جب نیچے دریا کے کنارے وادی کیلاش کیلیے راستہ بنایا گیا تو اوپر والے اس سڑک پر ٹریفک بند ہوا مگر پھر بھی موٹر سایکل سوار اور بعض سیاح پیدل اس سڑک پر سفر کرتے تھے۔ اب چونکہ وادی کی سڑک پرتوسیع اور تعمیر کا کام جاری ہے اور پہاڑ کی کٹای کی وجہ سے اکثر اوقات کیی گھنٹوں تک سڑک بند ہوتا ہے جس سے ٹریفک جام ہوکر مسافروں اور سیاحوں کو نہایت مشکلات کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے۔

چترال کے معروف سماجی شحصیت اور ٹور آپریٹر میجر ریٹایرڈ شہزادہ سراج الملک اور مقامی شحص عبد الاکبر کا کہنا ہے کہ غوچارکوہ جیسے راستوں کو ملکی اور حاص کر غیر ملکی سیاح بہت پسند کرتے ہیں اگر یہ راستہ بن گیا تو وہ کبھی بھی نیچے والے سڑک پر سفر نہیں کریں گے بلکہ اسی سے گزریں گے کیونکہ آگے جاکر اس راستے میں نہایت وسیع میدان اور کیی سیاحتی مقامات موجود ہیں۔ ان کے مطابق اگر غوچار کوہ والا راستہ بن گیا تو سیاح کبھی بھی دوسرے راستے پر نہیں جاییں گے۔ اسی سڑک پر آگے جاکر کش کان تیک گایوں میں دو سو سے زیادہ لوگ آباد ہہیں جن کو آنے جانے میں نہایت مشکلات کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے۔ عبد الاکبر اور دیگر مقامی لوگ بھی یہ مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ اس سڑک پر دوبارہ ٹریفک بحال کیا جایے تاکہ ان کو ضرورت کا سامان لانے میں مشکلات کا سامنا نہ ہو۔

مقامی ماہرین کے مطابق غوچار کوہ کے سڑک پر معمولی خرچے سے ایک ہفتے کے اندر دوبارہ ٹریفک بحال ہوسکتا ہے جس سے نہ صرف م سیاحوں کو سفر کرنے کیلیے متبادل راستہ ملے گا بلکہ یہاں مقیم دو سو تیس لوگوں کو بھی آنے جانے میں آسانی ہوگی۔ واضح رہے کہ اس سڑک کی دوبارہ تعمیر سے آبپاشی کا وہ ندی بھی بحال ہوسکتی ہے جو صدر ایوب کے دور میں شیخانندہ سے غوچار کوہ گاوں لایا گیا تھا جس سے ہزاروں ایکڑ بنجر زمین بھی سیراب ہوسکے گا۔ غوچار کوہ کا یہ سڑک آیون سے شروع ہوتا ہے اور وادی بمبوریت کے سلطان اباد گاوں میں نیچے اتر کر مین سڑک سے ملتا ہے۔ غوچارکوہ سڑک پر دوبارہ رونقیں بحال ہونے سے سیاحت بھی فروغ پایے گا اور سیاحت کو ترقی دینے سے اس پسماندہ علاقے سے بھِی غربت اور بے روزگاری کا حاتمہ ہوسکے گا۔

CHITRAL: Reconstruction of Ghocharkoh road is dire need of the era to promote tourism in Kalash valleys. Since Kalash Valley and Shikhananda is a rich forest area, the forest department had built Ghocharkoh road in 1963 to bring Deodar timber from Kalash valley to Chitral, this road passes through KushkanTek village at the foot of the mountain. There are dense forests, open fields and very beautiful tourist spots on this route. When a road was made on the river bank to the Kalash Valley, the traffic on the upper road was stopped, but motorcyclists and some tourists still traveled by foot because its a best trekking way. Now, due to the expansion and construction work on the Kalash road and due to blasting in the mountain, the road is often close for traffic several hours due to which the traffic is jammed and the travellers and tourists are facing a lot of difficulties.

Major Retired Shahzada Sirajul Malik, a well-known social worker and tour operator of Chitral, as well as a local person, Abdul Akbar, say that routes like Ghocharkoh are very attractive for domestic and especially for foreign tourists. They will not travel beneath on main road, but they will prefer to pass through scenic road, because, there are very wide fields and some tourist spots on this route. According to them, if the Ghochar mountain route is made, the tourists will never go to the other route. Going ahead on the same road, there are more than two hundred people living in Kush Kan Tek village who are facing a lot of difficulties in commuting. Abdul Akbar and other local people also demand that traffic should be restored on this road so that they do not face difficulties in bringing the necessary goods.

According to local experts, traffic can be restored within a week with a nominal fund on the road of Ghochar Koh, which will not only provide an alternative way for tourists to travel on it, but also facilitate 230 people living here. It is worth to mention here that by reconstruction of this road can also be restore the irrigation stream that was brought from Sheikhananda to Ghochar village during the era of President Ayub, which will also be able to irrigate thousands of acres barren land. This alternate road of Ghochar Koh starts from Ayun and descends in the village of Sultanabad in Bomburit Valley and joins the main road. By reconstructing of Ghocharkoh road, tourism will also be boosted and by promoting tourism, poverty and unemployment can also be eradicated from this backward area as well.
