چترال:  ضلع اپر چترال کے بونی بوزند روڈ استارو دیعیڑی کے مقام پر اج ایک  انتہائی افسوس ناک حادثہ  پیش ایا ہے عینی شاہدین کے مطابق ٹاون چترال سے تریچ جانے والی گاڑی پر اوپر پہاڑی سے  اچانک پہاڑی تودے اس وقت اگرے جب ایک شحص رضاکارانہ طور پر اپنی مدد آپ کے تحت  پہاڑی تودے سے تباہ حال انتہائی دشوار گزار  راستے پر صفائی میں مصروف تھا اس افسوس ناک حادثے کے نتیجے میں تریچ شوچ سے  تعلق رکھنے والے محمد اسحاق ولد زار گل     پتھروں کی زد میں اگیا اور نیچے گہری کھائی میں جاگرے جس کے نتیجے میں  موقع پر جان کی بازی پار گئے

 مقامی لوگوں نے ہمارے نمایندے سے فون پر باتیں کرتے ہویے بتایا کہ گزشتہ روز ہی متعلقہ حکام کی توجہہ اس دشوار گزار مقام کی سنگین صورتحال کی طرف مبذول  کرای  گئی تھی لیکن  ان کے مطابق ان کی دہائیاں اور اواز صدا بصحرا ثابت ہوئے اور پھر آج ایک اور معصوم جان  اور زندگی ان کی عفلت ، لاپرواہی اور بے حسی کی نظر ہوگئی۔

 مقامی لوگوں نے سوال اٹھایا کہ کیا اس روڈ کی بحالی  نگہداشت اور صفائی سی این ڈبلیو کی فراہض منصبی میں شامل نہیں ؟

 کیا عوام کی بنیادی انسانی حقوق اور جان و مال کا تحفظ انتظامیہ کی ذمہ داری میں شامل نہی ہے۔ وادی تریچ کے لوگوں نے محکمہ کمیونیکیشن اینڈ ورکس کے اعلے حکام اور ضلعی انتظامیہ سے مطالبہ کیا ہے کہ بونی سے بوزند، تریچ سڑک  سے  فوری طور پر برف اور ملبہ صاف  کرکے اسے ٹریفک کیلیے مکمل طور پر کھول دیا جایے تاکہ یہ خونی سڑک کسی اور مسافر کی جان نہ لے۔

ذرایع نے بتایا کہ محمد اسحاق والدین کا اکلوتا بیٹا تھا اور اس سے پہلے اس کے والدین اور دو بہنیں بھی وفات پاگیے تھے اس کے چھوٹے بچے اور ایک بیوہ بے سہارہ رہ گییے کیونکہ یہ اپنے گھر کا واحد کفیل تھا۔اس کی موت کے بعد اس کے بچے اور بیوہ غم سے نہایت نڈھال ہہیں کیونکہ ان کو پالنے والا اور کوی نہیں ہے۔

UPPER CHITRAL:   One died under avalanche at Booni Bozand road near Istaro village at Upper Chitral when a labor was clearing road from debris.  According to detail a local man Muhammad Ishaq son of Zar Gul was clearing road from debris voluntarily to open the road for traffic on self help basis. Meanwhile heavy land sliding hit him As a result of this unfortunate accident, Muhammad Ishaq, son of Zar Gul, resident of  Trich Shooth was died on the spot.

Talking  to our representative on phone, the local people said that the attention of  communication and works (C&W) department and the relevant authorities was drawn to the serious situation of this difficult and dangerous road, but according to them, no action was taken by C&W to clear the road from heavy boulders and debris and  today an innocent took  live of a poor man who was clearing the road on voluntary basis

  The local people raised the question whether the maintenance and cleaning of this road is not included in responsibilities of   C&W department.

  Is the protection of basic human rights and life and property of the people not included in the responsibility of the administration? The people of  Torkho  Valley have demanded from the high officials of the  Communication and Works Department and the district administration to immediately clear the snow, boulders and debris from the Booni to Buzand,  road and open it completely for traffic so that this  dangerous  road  not take life of an other person.

Sources said that Muhammad Ishaq was the only son of his parents and his parents and two sisters also died before him. His children and widow are very sad because there is no one to  support them.
