It serves a diverse clientele both locally and globally. Wade also founded and serves as CEO of the TOUCH Foundation, a trauma-informed nonprofit dedicated to fostering resilience and stability. The organization offers secure, empowering environments for those dealing with OCD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, and other trauma-related issues. Wade is certified as a functional medicine coach as well. The International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) just named her Top Revenue Cycle Strategist & CEO of the Year for her outstanding leadership, dedication, and commitment to the industry. Wade has been inducted into NSLS as well as the Delta Mu Delta International Honor Society in Business’ Pi Gamma chapter. She was elected to a third term as vice president of the AAPC Chicago, IL chapter, and in her first year as vice president (2024), she was awarded the Certificate of Recognition, which is given to just one person each year.

Wade has a strong academic background. She graduated summa cum laude (3.97 GPA) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Colorado Technical University.
Wade’s Journey to Becoming a Leading Revenue Cycle Strategist
Wade’s path to becoming one of the top revenue cycle strategists is incredibly motivating.
She shared, “I grew up in an underserved neighborhood on the south side of Chicago, but it made me more determined to want and do more. I had a significant loss at an early age; my mother passed away when I was 25 years old, and I had to take in my teenage brothers to raise despite my own young, growing family. I had my first child at 17, but against all odds, I decided to adopt an attitude that would enable me to overcome any obstacle or hardship that comes my way.”
Wade’s career began in 2002 with the Northmedicine Medical Faculty Foundation, which is now Northern Medicine or Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Her leadership career started with Accretive Health in 2011.
In 2014, she launched Elite Revenue Recovery, LLC, which has rapidly grown to become one of the leading providers of end-to-end RCM solutions for hospitals, demonstrating her hard work, dedication, and outstanding skills as a revenue cycle strategist and entrepreneur.
Wade is a wonderful illustration of the fact that success comes to those who embrace challenges. She put forth a lot of effort and conquered numerous obstacles to become the woman she is today.
