Despite today’s competitive workplace, numerous female leaders have achieved extraordinary recognition for their outstanding career accomplishments in multiple fields. Elisabeth Gabauer, a Vienna-based multi-award-winning adult education trainer, speaker, and author, is one of these big names.
As an adult education trainer and speaker, Elisabeth has assisted numerous individuals in achieving both personal and professional success through online programs, one-on-one and group coaching, seminars, workshops, and inspirational speeches on female empowerment. She has also been a birth doula for seventeen years.
Female Empowerment
Elisabeth’s efforts to empower women are highly commendable. She founded the “Weiberkraft” movement in Austria. This movement is a regular get-together of sisterhood women for mutual support and personal growth. She is also the founder of a podcast called “Frauencouch,” which allows women to share their experiences and empower others. Moreover, she assists women in growing personally through her 12-month program, “The Female Alchemy.”

Elisabeth has received several prestigious honors throughout her career, including the Women Changing the World Award in the wellness and wellbeing category in 2023 and the WCW Award for women in therapy and counselling services in 2024 & 2025. Elisabeth has a strong academic background. She studied psychosociology at Sigmund Freud University and has multiple coaching certifications.

Elisabeth’s journey to becoming a globally recognized adult education trainer, speaker, and author is a powerful illustration of inner strength and intentional growth. Her success wasn’t handed to her—it was earned with hard work and resilience.
Seeing her mother’s depression and not being able to help her was one of the many challenges she faced. Despite being a young adult, she made every effort to better her mother’s life and continued seeing many therapists until she decided to commit suicide. Her mother’s illness and suffering inspired her to pursue a career in therapy.
Success comes to those who embrace challenges. Elisabeth is a wonderful illustration of this. To become the lady she is today, she put forth a lot of effort and overcame numerous obstacles.
